Insulated Panels - Kits

The Thermo Chill® Space Saver Kit™ Series stores flat and are easy to assemble when needed - just pack and ship.

Space Saver Kit™ Series Insulated Containers consist of a 32 ECT corrugated carton (printed legend reads ""up arrows"" orientation with 'Rush' and 'Perishable'), 6 EPS panels (top and bottom plus 4 sides), with a poly bag liner.

Custom corrugated cartons and sizes can be made upon request. We can fit your existing corrugated carton, please call for more details.

Features include:

  • 1 KIT contains multiple shipper sets
  • 1 shipper SET is made up of 6 foam panels, 1 poly bag liner, and 1 shipper carton
  • Shipper cartons are stored and shipped flat
  • Foam panels and poly bag liners are case packed in a box
  • Flat cartons are stacked on a skid, boxes are stacked on top, and shipped via LTL/FTL
  • Lightweight, reusable, and recyclable
