Usage Tips & Best Practices
❄️ Freezing & Conditioning
- Freeze packs flat in a single layer for even conditioning
- Allow 24-48 hours for complete freeze-through
- Check packs are solid before packing shipments
- Store frozen until ready to use
📦 Pack-Out Best Practices
- Position packs against the sides of the insulated container
- Avoid direct contact between frozen packs and product
- Use barrier wrap for sensitive items
- Fill void space to prevent shifting
🔄 Reuse & Storage
- ICE-BRIX® gel packs can be refrozen and reused many times
- Inspect for leaks before each reuse
- Wipe dry before returning to freezer
- Dispose of damaged packs responsibly
📐 Sizing Guidelines
